Description
The University of Arkansas seeks an embedded Anaplan managed-services and staff-augmentation team to operate, maintain, optimize, and expand its environment for budget development, in-year forecasting, and commitments planning. The required team includes an Anaplan Model Builder (40 hours per week), Solution Architect (20 hours), Project Manager (5 hours), and executive oversight (up to 2 hours). The work includes production support and administration, monitoring and issue resolution, performance optimization, documentation, release management, knowledge transfer, budget-cycle support, roadmap delivery, and new models, integrations, workflows, reports, and user experiences. Bidders must provide qualified named personnel and demonstrate relevant Anaplan experience, technical capability, planning and Workday integration experience, references, and authorized Anaplan partner status. Responses must include the completed Official Bid Price Sheet and required qualification evidence. The contract has an initial one-year term with up to six additional one-year renewal periods; award is all-or-none to a responsive and responsible bidder meeting mandatory requirements, evaluated on price.
