Dimeo / Bismark, a joint venture serving as construction manager at risk for the City of Stamford's New Westhill High School, is rebidding selected trade packages for the 450,000-square-foot project. The listed packages are overhead doors and dock equipment; unframed mirrors and security windows; toilet-accessory installation; career technology equipment; waste compactors; chain hoists; wheelchair lifts; plumbing maintenance building work; and HVAC maintenance building work. Bid packages are scheduled to become available September 29, 2026. The project began in April 2026, and bidders must follow the schedule, bid deadline, bid opening information, and submission requirements stated in the Invitation to Bidders and Bid Form. The contract is subject to Connecticut state contract-compliance requirements, including 30% SBE and 10% M/WBE participation requirements and nondiscrimination requirements enforced by the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities.
