Description
Glass City Academy is soliciting Category 1 services for three locations: dedicated internet access and data transmission, including scalable symmetrical bandwidth options, eligible WAN connectivity, static IP service, and integral network demarcation equipment. Quotes must include basic firewall service in the service price, provide separately itemized pricing by location using Appendix B, and disclose recurring and non-recurring charges, assumptions, exceptions, dependencies, and bundled components. Vendors must bid on all three locations and attend a mandatory site walkthrough to be eligible. The requested scope also includes eligible installation and activation, service monitoring and outage notifications, bandwidth utilization reporting, customer portal access, and bandwidth upgrade options. Responses must include a detailed solution and delivery method for each location, network and service diagrams, pricing for requested bandwidth options, an implementation plan, service-level commitments, contract terms, risks and exceptions, and the required vendor narrative. The solicitation describes a 36-month pricing period and targets service delivery beginning July 1, 2027, or later if required by installation, transition, contract, or funding conditions.
