Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is soliciting quotations for two units of NSN 5340-01-574-6693, Bracket, Mounting, under purchase request 7018404568. The requirement includes a government first-article test: the contractor must deliver two first-article units within 90 calendar days of contract award, and the Government will test and determine approval, conditional approval, or disapproval. First-article units are separate from the production quantity and will be retained or destroyed by the Government after testing. The production item has origin inspection and acceptance, FOB origin delivery, a 230-day delivery period, military packaging and marking requirements, applicable technical-data and quality requirements, export-controlled technical data access restrictions, CMMC Level 2 requirements, and domestic-material restrictions. The solicitation is full and open competition and is not a small-business set-aside. Quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System by October 1, 2026; the solicitation states that quotations are not offers and that the Government is not obligated to make an award.
