Description
The West Virginia Departments of Health, Human Services and Health Facilities, through the Office of Shared Administration, is pursuing a direct award for card access relocation at the Bureau for Medical Services. The scope includes relocating access panels, power supplies, door-release equipment, and existing maglock equipment; installing and wiring customer-provided access panels, power supplies, and card readers; installing one new maglock and a door pull handle; programming the card access system; integrating the doors with the fire alarm panel; testing; and documenting the final system configuration. The quoted work covers three doors at the facility's glass front entrances and includes use of existing wiring, installation of two customer-provided card readers at each applicable entrance, relocation of a maglock, and a one-year warranty on installed equipment and labor. The direct-award notice requests interested qualified companies to submit information supporting their experience and eligibility by the stated deadline.
