Description
The Public Housing Agency of the City of Saint Paul is soliciting sealed bids for replacement of condensing units at the Mt. Airy Community Center. The work is identified as Contract No. 27-111. Bids must include a 5% bid guarantee, non-collusive affidavit, EEO form, and Minnesota Responsible Contractor Compliance Affidavit. The successful bidder must furnish separate performance and payment bonds.
