Description
Fraser Health Authority is seeking comprehensive move planning, relocation consulting, project management, logistics coordination, and physical relocation services for Providence Health Care's Clinical Support and Research Centre project. The work includes interim relocations and a subsequent phased move from existing healthcare facilities into the new centre, with move sequencing, schedules, risk and continuity planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, equipment-transfer responsibility matrices, and coordination with facilities, security, information technology, equipment vendors, commissioning teams, and other stakeholders. The physical relocation scope includes packing, transportation, storage where required, delivery, distribution, final placement, tracking, reconciliation, and post-move support for furniture, records, office and information technology equipment, laboratory contents, scientific instruments, biological specimens, temperature-controlled assets, cryogenic storage systems, vivarium and pre-clinical materials, hazardous or regulated materials, artwork, and other specialized assets. Addendum 2 confirms that furniture or equipment procurement is not part of this RFP. Proponents must provide experienced personnel and coordinate specialized contractors or subcontractors where necessary. Submissions require separate SCOPE and FEE proposals plus completed disclosure forms, uploaded as separate PDF files through the online bidding system.
