Description
Brown County is soliciting bids for repairs to the Resch Center ice rink refrigeration system. The work includes furnishing and installing two thermostatic expansion valves, isolating and pumping down the existing R22 refrigerant as needed, removing and replacing two Sporlan Levelmaster LMC-WV-180 valves, vacuum evacuation and leak testing, system startup and operational verification. The contractor must also furnish and install 1,500 pounds of R22 refrigerant, include freight and incidental costs, restore any removed or damaged piping insulation, and provide a one-year parts-and-labor warranty. The selected contractor must comply with applicable codes and standards, provide required insurance, and complete the required bid forms and sealed-bid submission.
