Description
The County of Grande Prairie is seeking qualified consulting firms to support preparation of an Area Concept Plan for the Hamlet of La Glace and surrounding lands. The required scope includes technical planning, engineering, environmental studies and analysis, mapping, and related technical recommendations. The plan will establish a long-term framework addressing future land use, infrastructure planning, transportation networks, environmental stewardship, community improvements, and future subdivision and development. The County will retain responsibility for project management, public engagement, policy direction, Council reporting, bylaw preparation, and final plan adoption; the successful consultant will focus on technical studies, analysis, mapping, and recommendations.
