Description
MHMR of Tarrant County is soliciting proposals from qualified, properly licensed pharmacies to provide comprehensive pharmacy services for behavioral health patients. The scope includes on-site pharmacy operations at multiple facilities; prescription dispensing; medication delivery, including refrigerated and overnight delivery; medication management; patient and staff consultations; electronic prescribing; inventory management; utilization review; reporting; customer service; and support for Medicaid, Medicare, insurance, and patient assistance programs. The selected provider must support intermediate care facility pharmacy services, remote service delivery, clinical medication monitoring, pharmacy benefit management, electronic health record integration, quarterly reviews and meetings, quality assurance, medication adherence initiatives, and transition planning. Proposals must address the required service model, work plan, implementation by September 1, 2027, pricing, qualifications, financial condition, references, sample reports, and applicable submission forms. Responding pharmacies must hold a Texas State Board of Pharmacy license and participate in applicable Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies programs.
