Description
The City seeks a provider to pretreat surfaces for predicted accumulating snow and ice and remove accumulations greater than 1/4 inch from concrete and paved surfaces at LeConte Event Center and adjacent parking areas. The work covers roadways in the Mountain and River lots, a pedestrian bridge, and sidewalks. The provider must supply all equipment, fuel, labor, and snow-melting agents that will not damage the surfaces, and must commit to first-priority scheduling and timely response to support event operations. The proposal must describe the services and equipment offered, provide a per-service or per-occurrence fee, state the proposed response time and service priority, and include at least three references with contact information. The selected provider must furnish liability insurance of $1,000,000 naming the City as an additional insured, automobile liability coverage of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence, and workers’ compensation insurance if applicable.
