This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for heat and seal tunnel bags for DLA Distribution San Joaquin, CA. The bags are to be made of Polyolefin plastic, clear, with a thickness of .0040in, single wall, and perforated tear-off. They should be similar to or better than Uline part number S-7772. The required quantity is 500 units, with a requested delivery lead time of 30 days After Receipt of Order.
