Description
The requirement is for three flat, molded-fabric-reinforced phenolic sheets, Glissentex 118, cut to 28 × 30 × 2 inches, part number GFPMF-358416650-118. Scan Pac Manufacturing is the mandatory brand; quotations for other manufacturers will be considered technically unacceptable. The item is to be delivered FOB destination to Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, with a required delivery date of December 3, 2026. Quoters must provide pricing, delivery time, FOB terms, manufacturer and business-size information, and descriptive literature demonstrating compliance with the specifications. The completed RFQ and the required representation under DFARS 252.204-7016 must accompany the quote. Access to the drawing requires a signed security agreement and the organization’s DD Form 2345; the solicitation does not identify these as quote-submission attachments. The award is evaluated on a lowest-price-technically-acceptable basis.
