-NOTICE- Request for Proposal 60-35000-15-05983 LEGAL PUBLIC NOTICE- RE- QUEST FOR PROPOSAL The State of New Mexico Gen- eral Services Department Facilities Management Division (FMD) is seeking proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiations which entails construction of construction of a new Veterans Cemetery for the New Mexico Department of Veterans Ser- vices. The project includes approximately 2,810 square foot building with site im- provements. The facility building is single-story. The work includes extensive site work with the construction of Columbaria, a Committal Shel- ter, Crypt Fields, Perimeter Gates and Fences, Stormwater System, Drive Aisle with Roundabouts and Limited Landscaping. The overall site parcel is 15 Acres, but the disrupted area is under 5 Acres. The State of New Mexico General Services Department Facilities Management Division is seeking proposals through competitive negotiations to establish a contract for construction of a new Veterans Cemetery for the New Mexico Department of Veterans Services. The project includes an approximately 2,810-square-foot, single-story building and site improvements on an approximately 15-acre parcel, with less than 5 acres of disturbance. The scope includes extensive site work; construction of columbaria, a committal shelter, and crypt fields; perimeter gates and fences; a stormwater system; drive aisles with roundabouts; and limited landscaping. The Request for Proposal is expected to become publicly available on or about July 18, 2026.
