Description
This solicitation seeks a five-year firm-fixed-price, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for maintenance and consumables (ink) for three Canon printers at the UNICOR Sandstone Print Factory. The printers are a 2021 Image Press C910, a 2022 Image Press C910, and a 2021 Vario Print Copier DP. Services and consumables will be priced on a per-click basis for black and white and color printing. The contractor must provide an online service portal for requests and be able to be on-site within 48 hours of a request, excluding weekends and federal holidays. The contract period will be five years, with an estimated timeframe of 30 days for the contractor to begin support. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 811310, Commercial and Industrial Equipment Repair and Maintenance. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses.
