Description
Smithton Public Library is requesting proposals for Managed Internal Broadband Services (MIBS) for its existing Category 2 network infrastructure. The scope includes operation, management, monitoring, maintenance, and support for eligible equipment, including firewalls, switches, routers, cabling, wireless access points, network controllers, and UPS battery backups. Bidders may propose equivalent or comparable brands where applicable and may include hourly networking-service rates. Vendors must have an E-Rate SPIN, have the 2027 Service Provider Annual Certification Form 473 on file with USAC, comply with applicable E-Rate rules, offer the Lowest Corresponding Price, and reference FCC Form 470 number 270001846. The applicant may consider multi-year contracts, voluntary extensions, month-to-month arrangements, or varying contract terms; any proposed extensions must specify their number and duration.
