Description
The Governor's Office of Land Use and Climate Innovation, through the Strategic Growth Council, is seeking a contractor to provide implementation technical assistance to Round 6 Transformative Climate Communities grantees and Round 2 Community Resilience Centers grantees. Services will support planning, project development, and implementation grantees with grant administration, invoicing, reporting, project management, work planning, budgeting, data management, procurement-related coordination, and audit preparation. The contractor must also provide subject-matter expertise for infrastructure and climate-resilience projects, including capital project development, permitting, construction planning, community resilience, greenhouse-gas-emissions quantification, and related program strategies. The scope includes individualized assistance, capacity-building programming, peer learning, workshops, templates, resource guides, evaluation, adaptive management, and support for grantee teams and partners. Proposals must use the provided scope-of-work and cost-worksheet templates and include the required administrative forms, qualifications, resumes, references, certifications, and supporting records.
