Description
The City is seeking to pre-qualify licensed general contractors for construction of a new surface parking lot. The work includes vehicle and pedestrian circulation, EV-ready and EV-installed parking stalls, ADA-compliant access, grading and drainage, asphalt and concrete paving, landscaping and irrigation, lighting, and wet and dry utility placement and coordination. The stated probable project cost is $2.5 million. Applicants must complete the provided pre-qualification questionnaire and submit the requested supporting materials, including a notarized surety statement, bonding-capacity information, and reviewed or audited financial statements. Qualification requires a valid California Class A contractor's license, relevant experience, and compliance with the stated bonding, insurance, and financial requirements. Only contractors approved for the qualified bidders list may submit a bid in the later construction bidding phase.
