Description
Linden Public Schools is soliciting pricing for a dedicated Internet circuit with bandwidth options of 5 Gbps and 10 Gbps. The proposal must include monthly recurring charges with all taxes, fees, and eligible charges, as well as any one-time non-recurring charges. Separate pricing is requested for static IP address blocks, and optional line-item pricing may be provided for a managed router capable of handling the requested bandwidth. The requested service is expected to begin July 1, 2027, unless the bidder proposes another start date and identifies it in Attachment A. Bidders must have a valid Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN), include standard contract terms and conditions, provide a signed and dated specification document, and complete Attachment A. Proposals must also address applicable New Jersey public-school procurement requirements, covered-company restrictions under FCC Order FCC 19-121, SPI or BEAR invoicing, and any applicable state contract or cooperative purchasing arrangement. The district requests a three-year service term but will consider other terms that meet its requirements.
