Description
The City of Ottawa, Kansas, is seeking sealed bids for a single-prime contract to construct the Lakeside Estates Shared Use Path, Project No. 26-1276L. The work includes mobilization; clearing, grubbing, and demolition; construction staking; erosion and sediment control; seeding, fertilizing, and mulching; earthwork and grading; approximately 1,309.6 square yards of fiber-reinforced path construction; 26 linear feet of combined curb and gutter; crack repair; 60 linear feet of four-foot steel fencing; signage; pavement marking; and temporary traffic control. The bid includes an alternate for deductive asphalt path construction. Bids are on a lump-sum and unit-price basis, and bid security is required in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
