Description
The U.S. Air Force is soliciting firm-fixed-price quotes for two original Carrier 182-ton air-cooled chillers, model 30RC-1826S055-70C, with one unit designated for each of two buildings. Refurbished equipment and alternate brands are not acceptable. Required features include 460V, three-phase, 60Hz power; variable-speed fans; BACnet IP interface; full hail guards; microchannel heat exchangers; remote connectivity with Ethernet switch; rapid restart capability; evaporator heaters; and a single-point, no-disconnect configuration. The units must include a five-year complete parts-and-labor warranty and first-visit Carrier startup. Delivery is required 14–15 weeks after award on an FOB destination basis. Quotes must be submitted on company letterhead and include a cost breakdown, unit and total pricing, payment terms, prompt-payment discount, UEI, CAGE code, and taxpayer identification number. Active SAM.gov registration, SPRS verification, and CMMC compliance are required before award.
