Description
Marshall Independent School District is soliciting proposals for turnkey removal and installation of commercial foodservice equipment at Marshall High School and Marshall Early Childhood Center. The work includes removal and disposal of existing serving lines, installation of custom stainless-steel serving lines with tray slides, sneeze guards, LED lighting, hot wells, cold wells, cashier stations, electrical raceways, and related components, as well as installation of a modular serving line at the early childhood center. The project also includes demolition and replacement of the early childhood center’s walk-in cooler and freezer, including insulated boxes, doors, refrigeration systems, evaporators, condensers, copper line sets, drains, heat trace, shelving, electrical updates, pressure testing, evacuation, refrigerant charging, startup, and operational verification. Respondents must provide manufacturer and model information, warranty details, installation timing, preventive-maintenance and emergency-repair procedures, pricing breakdowns, financial capability information, references, and qualifications. Factory-authorized installation is required for specified equipment, and the solicitation requires proof of general liability and workers’ compensation insurance.
