Description
The Alabama Department of Forensic Sciences is soliciting services for its headquarters at 1051 Wire Road in Auburn, Alabama. The scope includes mowing with removal of grass clippings, edging, weed-eating, weeding beds, blowing off sidewalks and the parking lot, weed control and fertilization, and fire ant treatment and prevention. The master agreement has a five-year term. Lawn maintenance is scheduled every two weeks from April through November and monthly from December through March, for 22 visits annually. Weed control and fertilization include seven applications per year, and fire ant treatment and prevention includes four treatments. Suppliers must respond to each line item through the procurement system and provide monthly billing by service type; the agency will consider budget availability when issuing purchase orders.
