Description
Mercer County is soliciting bids for up to 40 metric tons of Clariant SF sodium formate solid runway deicer, packed in 2,200-pound super sacks, and up to 40,000 gallons of Clariant KA liquid potassium acetate runway deicer or equivalent. The County reserves the right to award separate contracts for the solid and liquid deicer portions based on the total amount for each portion. All deicer must be delivered FOB destination to the Trenton-Mercer Airport Airport Maintenance Department for runway deicing. The contract term is one year, with an option to extend for one additional year. Bids must be uploaded electronically through BidNet Direct; physical bids will not be received, opened, or honored.
