BC Housing Management Commission is inviting recruitment agencies with relevant experience to provide specialized recruitment services for auxiliary Film Liaisons. The selected proponent or proponents must recruit, screen, and maintain an on-call pool of 10–15 or more skilled Film Liaisons who are available on an as-needed, on-demand basis, sometimes with less than 24 hours' notice, to supervise filming activities at BC Housing sites. Film Liaisons must not work for film production companies, and proposals may not use subcontractors to provide the required services or deliverables. The opportunity is a non-binding negotiated request for proposal. Services may be delivered remotely, and the delivery region is British Columbia; no physical delivery location is specified.
