Description
The National Institutes of Health intends to issue a sole-source purchase order to Prolific Academic Ltd for an online participant recruitment platform supporting behavioral nutrition studies with English-speaking adults, including adults, parents of young children, and U.S. residents. The required platform must be designed specifically for research, provide prescreened participant availability estimates, support longitudinal re-contact and re-recruitment, allow researchers to set compensation rates and approve compensation, enable rapid recruitment of hundreds of eligible participants, and provide participant screening, management, and data-quality controls. This is a notice of intent rather than a competitive solicitation; organizations asserting that they can meet the requirement must submit a detailed capabilities statement demonstrating that competition would benefit the Government.
