Description
Capital Region BOCES seeks bids for a broad selection of packaged beverages for its Regional Food Service Management Program and participating school districts. The bid sheet lists bottled and sparkling water, flavored water, teas, juices, soda, energy drinks, coffee, and other beverages, with estimated quantities and pricing requested by delivery zone. Vendors may offer equivalent products if they provide supporting specifications and identify the differences; nutrition labels are required for all items, and a current catalog or online catalog address must be provided. The awarded vendor may be asked to furnish and maintain beverage coolers or vending machines at participating locations. Deliveries are made as ordered to BOCES facilities and participating schools, with delivery and freight costs included in bid pricing. The initial term is January 1 through June 30, 2027, with three optional six-month extensions by mutual agreement. The bid requires a completed vendor bid sheet in both printed and Excel formats, with the Excel file supplied on a USB flash drive.
