Description
The St. Charles Park District seeks a supplier for soda, water, flavored water, fruit drinks, and athletic drinks at District facilities. Only Coca-Cola or Pepsi soda pop products will be considered. The successful contractor will deliver beverages, invoice the District, and service, repair, or replace listed vending machines and related equipment at no additional cost; machines must be repaired or replaced within 24 hours of notification. The District will load the machines, though bidders may offer a full-service alternative. Bids must include product and cup pricing, delivery minimums and fees, service details, repair staffing and availability, and any credit-card processing options and fees. The initial term is December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2029, with up to two optional one-year renewals. The contractor must provide specified liability and workers’ compensation insurance.
