Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products, prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. The Naval Supply Systems Command is requesting quotes for a 4-Degree Low-Rise Trailer. This is a brand-name requirement, specifically for a trailer manufactured by 4Degree Trailer Company (Cage: 3Z930). The trailer must have a 16,000 lb hauling capacity and include a 12k winch. This acquisition is set aside for small business concerns, with the government intending to award a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order. Interested parties must submit quotes that clearly indicate their capability to meet all specification requirements by providing a specifications sheet for each part. Quotes must be valid for a minimum of sixty (60) days and include the official company name, point of contact information, Cage Code, business size, unit price, extended price, total amount, and any associated lead times. An Authorized Distributor letter or documentation from the OEM is required. All exceptions to the solicitation's terms, conditions, specifications, or statement of work must be noted. Shipping terms are FOB Destination, and quotes shall include shipping costs.
