The City of Bainbridge Island's Public Works Department is soliciting qualifications from consulting firms experienced in municipal water systems, well rehabilitation, and wellfield optimization for the Head of the Bay Well Rehabilitation and Optimization Project. Responses must be submitted via email by 4:00 PM on July 1, 2026.
