Description
The National Research Council Canada requires a contractor to update the current mechanical system at Building U-66 on the Uplands Campus. The scope includes HVAC and air-handling upgrades, including replacement of AHU04 and associated heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning work, as well as structural, electrical, architectural, demolition, ductwork, controls, testing, balancing, and commissioning activities. Amendment No. 001 provides responses to clarification questions and confirms that all other terms and conditions remain unchanged. The solicitation is a competitive, lowest-price procurement with an estimated three-month contract period and a required completion date of March 31, 2027. Work must be performed in an occupied facility in stages while maintaining existing services and public access, with applicable hazardous-material abatement and safety measures.
