Description
Snohomish County's Human Services Department is soliciting proposals for a service provider to deliver Aging & Disability Resource Network (ADRN) services. This role will assist older adults (age 60+), people with disabilities, and their family caregivers residing in Snohomish County by providing information and counseling to help them make informed decisions about long-term services and supports, and to access these programs. The service provider will be expected to deliver high-quality, person-centered, and consumer-directed services. A key responsibility will be maintaining and updating over 700 local resource listings for a statewide database. The County anticipates awarding a single contract, with an estimated value of up to $675,000, commencing January 1, 2027. Funding is subject to appropriation.
