Description
The City of Medford is soliciting sealed electronic bids for replacement of the compressor and evaporator serving the McGlynn Middle/Elementary School walk-in refrigerator/freezer. There are no filed sub-bids for this project. Bids will be evaluated based on bidder qualifications, including evidence of past performance on similar projects, and price. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and eligible bidder. Massachusetts public bidding, prevailing-wage, and weekly payroll-record requirements apply. The city encourages MBE, WBE, and DBE participation.
