Description
Graham Independent School District is soliciting bids for Category One connectivity and Category Two network infrastructure. The requirements include 10 Gbps dedicated internet access, three-year leased lit fiber service connecting a hub to five district locations, and up to 12 months of month-to-month transition service after the initial term or any voluntary renewal. Proposals must identify bandwidth, pricing, installation charges, and any ineligible services requiring cost allocation. The district also seeks 229 Mist or functionally equivalent Wi-Fi 7 wireless access points with five-year licensing, installation, configuration, compatibility with the existing Mist network, and all hardware or software needed for full functionality. The scope includes manufacturer support or basic maintenance for the 229 access points and managed internal broadband services for existing equipment. Bidders must bid the complete hardware and maintenance projects, include the required C2 Cover Page, provide compatibility documentation unless bidding the preferred model, and exclude refurbished or FCC-prohibited equipment.
