Description
The State of New Jersey, Department of Children and Families, Children's System of Care is seeking a Contracted System Administrator to manage the management information system supporting service delivery for children and young adults with behavioral health needs, substance use, and/or intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include care coordination, utilization management, quality and outcomes management, community engagement, and collection and maintenance of information concerning youth needs, demographics, service utilization, providers, Medicaid, and third-party liability. The scope also includes 24-hour/7-day call-center intake and customer service, maintenance of a secure, scalable, ADA-compliant, mobile-friendly web application, data management and business intelligence, training, and provider-network support. The system must support approximately 25,000 users and an estimated 2,500 simultaneous users while complying with HIPAA and applicable state and federal requirements. Pricing must be submitted using the State-Supplied Price Sheet. The solicitation identifies consulting, computer/software, health-related, human-services, case-management, health-information, and managed-care service categories.
