Description
Surry County is seeking multiple qualified firms to provide on-call professional engineering, planning, surveying, construction administration, grant and funding assistance, GIS and utility mapping, hydraulic modeling, and related limited architectural services. Work will support water and wastewater systems, land-use planning, public buildings and facilities, civil engineering and site development, infrastructure planning and design, facility improvements, capital projects, emergency response, and related assignments. Services will be authorized through individually negotiated task orders, and the County anticipates selecting approximately two to five firms without guaranteeing any minimum work or compensation. The initial contract term is one year from execution, with up to three additional one-year renewals by mutual agreement. Proposals must address firm qualifications, project team, relevant experience, representative projects, project approach, workload and availability, references, additional information, and exceptions, and must include the Proposal Submission and Non-Collusion Certification and Statement of Disclaimer / Contractor Eligibility Certification.
