Description
The contractor must provide all equipment, transportation, tools, materials, labor, and skills needed to demolish and dispose of the residential property, then backfill and compact the site. The completed property must be shovel-ready for construction by December 31, 2026. Trees designated for removal for development purposes will be marked. If awarded, the contractor may salvage materials or personal property from the property at its discretion. Bids must include a certified or cashier’s check, or a bid bond, equal to 5% of the bid. Bidders may not withdraw their bids for at least 45 days after the bid receipt deadline.
