Description
Lincoln Public Schools seeks proposals for network equipment, associated software and licenses, installation and initial configuration, and basic maintenance. Requested items include wireless access points, switches, cabling, antennas and related components, uninterruptible power supplies, network management and security software, and specified support and license renewals. Equivalent models are permitted where stated, but refurbished equipment and proposals that omit requested items are disallowed; vendors must provide the entire hardware project and compatibility documentation where required. Proposals must include model-level details and costs, warranty information, a dedicated account manager and service team, Central U.S. time-zone customer service associates, annual service and cost reviews, and 24/7 management and maintenance support with escalation procedures. Vendors must provide three references for similar equipment or services within 300 miles of Lincoln. E-Rate participation and a valid SPIN are required, and the proposal must identify E-Rate-ineligible costs.
