Chevy Chase Village is soliciting bids for construction and landscaping services for the Belmont Avenue Extended (Buffer) Drainage Project, located between Grove and Park Streets. The work includes removing existing drainage infrastructure, grading, installing new piping and inlets, installing plant material and mulch, and replacing an irrigation system. The solicitation is an Invitation for Bid. An in-person pre-bid conference and site tour is scheduled for October 8, 2026, at Village Hall. The bid form is provided as an Excel attachment, along with the IFB document.
