Description
The Town of Stoughton is soliciting bids from prequalified trade contractors for the construction of a new K-5 elementary school. This is a Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) project. The new school will be a 101,590 square foot, three-story, all-electric building located on a 27-acre site. It will feature a mixed ground-source and air-source heat pump system with a geothermal field. The construction duration is estimated to be approximately 22 months.
