Description
The U.S. Navy is seeking sole-source General Dynamics Mission Systems technical services to replace the VMS1 and VMS2 servers and upgrade the Ocularis-based video management system aboard EPF-8, matching the configuration installed on EPF-13. The work includes replacement or upgrade of video surveillance, remote surveillance, interior communications, wireless PBX, wireless LAN controller, RMS, client laptops, and associated software; installation of licenses for existing cameras; and updates to auxiliary software nearing expiration. Government-furnished equipment and parts will be used, and no contractor-furnished equipment is identified. The contractor must perform comprehensive testing and inspection of the upgraded systems and cameras, provide on-site crew training, and submit a Condition Found Report and final comprehensive report. The requirement is identified as sole source and requires General Dynamics Mission Systems OEM technical services. The stated performance period is November 16 through December 18, 2026.
