Description
Louisville Metro Government seeks hotel facilities to house people who cannot isolate at home, with capacity for at least 10 rooms daily or 100 room nights monthly and the ability to expand as needed. Proposals must describe room-cleaning between patients, daily trash pickup, linen service with a contact-free exchange process, required in-room amenities, property layout and patient separation, storage space for personal protective equipment and clean linens, and a plan for addressing property damage. Respondents must also provide prior three years of public health inspection scores if available and submit room rates for four stay-duration tiers through the procurement portal. The city will provide a hotel coordinator, on-site security, and essential patient supplies; the hotel must provide a facility point of contact.
