Description
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Honduras seeks hotel services for two events. The La Ceiba event requires a venue for 570 participants, meeting space, internet, refreshments, lunch, 80 guest rooms, service staff, parking, and related operational support. The Tela event requires lodging for approximately 120 participants, meeting and outdoor activity space, internet and audiovisual equipment, meals and refreshments, and related hotel services. The procurement is divided into two lots, and bidders may not submit partial offers. The award is expected to be a purchase order, with selection based on technical compliance and the lowest price. Bidders must submit the technical and financial offer forms, a current hotel brochure or corporate profile, and specified legal and corporate documentation. Offers must be submitted through the UNDP Quantum supplier portal; email, mail, and other submission methods are not accepted. The financial offer must be in Honduran lempiras, and the offer must remain valid for 60 days from the submission deadline.
