Description
Thompson Rivers University intends to book the Trophy Cabin backcountry lodge offered by Wells Gray Adventures for its Ski Tour 1 courses. The anticipated spend is up to $60,000 over three years, typically covering 12–14 nights each January for up to 12 people. The lodge must be reachable by road from Kamloops in time for same-day arrival by mid-afternoon, support self-guided use, and provide a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, drying racks, shower, propane furnace, sauna, solar lighting, radio, and chargers. This is a Notice of Intent to Award, not a competitive bid solicitation. Suppliers who believe they can meet the stated requirements may submit a challenge using the provided Challenge Form. If a challenge is justified, the university may proceed with a competitive process.
