Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is soliciting proposals from qualified Architect-Engineer firms to provide Title III Construction Administration Services for the Great Plains Nature Center Renovation. The amended scope includes a teleconference construction-support kickoff meeting; construction support services, including approximately 25 RFI responses, 200 submittal reviews, and 44 construction meetings; approximately 14 engineering inspections and 25 weekly construction field inspections with reports and punch lists; fundamental commissioning in accordance with ASHRAE Standard 202-2013 and Guideline 0-2013; and updated as-built drawings in .dwg and .pdf formats. The period of performance is approximately 300 days after notice to proceed, expected from October 2026 through August 2027, unless modified by the Contracting Officer. The solicitation is a firm-fixed-price, total small-business set-aside for one contract. The amended solicitation removed construction solicitation/acquisition support from the scope, clarified that Kansas licensure is not specifically required for key personnel, and states that SF 330 Section H has no maximum page limit. Evaluation considers key personnel qualifications, specialized experience, and capacity and management capabilities. The firm must submit at least two and no more than five relevant projects completed within the past ten years, and no more than fifteen resumes, each limited to two pages.
