Description
California State University, through the CSULB Hung Family College of Engineering, is soliciting proposals for a fully digital, ultra-high-resolution field-emission scanning electron microscope equipped with focused ion beam technology. The system must support rapid nanometer-scale characterization, two-dimensional and three-dimensional analysis, high-quality thin-sample preparation, and in-situ materials testing.
