Description
The City seeks rehabilitation and repair of storm drain facilities at multiple locations along Palos Verdes Drive South. Work includes pre- and post-construction CCTV inspection; cleaning existing 18-, 24-, and 48-inch storm drain pipes; cured-in-place pipe lining of existing 18-, 30-, and 36-inch corrugated metal pipes; and open-trench removal and replacement of existing 18-, 24-, and 30-inch pipes with reinforced concrete pipe. Localized corrugated metal pipe repairs are also required for lining. Related work includes reinforced concrete pipe collars and utility pipe supports, curb and gutter and local depression replacement, guardrail replacement, traffic control, water pollution control, utility potholing, trench sheeting and shoring, pavement restoration, and striping replacement. The work must be completed within 21 working days from the start date stated in the Notice to Proceed. Bidders must submit the specified bid forms and supporting materials, including project references and CIPP qualifications; the three apparent lowest bidders must submit a superintendent qualification form within three working days after bid opening.
