Description
The Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries is seeking an annual agreement for laboratory crane equipment maintenance and repairs at the Thompson-Bishop-Sparks State Diagnostic Laboratory. All repairs must be completed by a TC/American authorized service provider, and the agency may request documentation confirming that authorization. The quote must provide pricing for labor per hour; travel and service calls, including mileage; manlift rental per day; repair parts with a percentage markup; and shipping costs. Suppliers quoting alternate items must provide complete model and part numbers along with descriptive or technical literature; failure to provide the required literature may result in rejection. The service period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027.
