Description
The Alabama Department of Agriculture and Industries is seeking an annual agreement for as-needed repairs to two Fulton Endura boilers, model EDR-2000, and four Navien tankless water heaters, model NPE-240A2(NG), located at the Pesticide Residue Laboratory and State Chemical Laboratory. The requested pricing includes service calls, labor, travel time, mileage, parts, and shipping. The awarded supplier must be certified to work on both Fulton Endura boilers and Navien tankless water heaters and may be required to provide documentation of that certification. Suppliers proposing alternate equipment must provide complete model and part numbers plus descriptive or technical literature; failure to provide the required literature may result in rejection. The service period is October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027.
