Description
Harford County is soliciting multiple contracts for on-call hydrovac trucks and pressure-washing equipment to perform non-emergency and emergency cleaning, pumping, hauling, hydro-excavation, utility daylighting, and related services. Work includes removing, transporting, and disposing of fats, oils, grease, grit, sludge, solids, liquids, debris, soil, septage, and other accumulated materials from wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, sewer systems, manholes, highway facilities, and transit facilities throughout the County. Contractors must provide trained personnel, hydrovac equipment, industrial vacuum-loading systems, high-pressure water-jetting equipment when required, hydraulic sludge pumps, confined-space equipment, safety equipment, and applicable permits. Emergency services require a telephone response or callback within 15 minutes and on-site response within one hour. The contract term runs from execution through June 30, 2027, with four additional one-year extension options. Bidders must submit equipment details, a completed bid table, a bid affidavit, and three similar customer references completed within the last three years.
